I have used Virgils about four times in the last few years. Each time they have been very fair and honest. I have compared thier prices to other shops around town and they are as good as any. They just worked on a very difficult intermitent problem on my daughters car. The car would not idle correctly and die only on occassion. The scanners would not diagnose the problem so it was a guessing game. They had the car for a couple of days trouble-shooting the problem. Instead of trying parts and making me buy them, they actaully removed the part if it did not fix the problem. In the end they charged me for very little of thier actual trouble-shooting time. I dont know anywhere in town that would have treated me this well.
