Chip operates a great little one man bicycle shop. He treats every customer the same whether they are spending two dollars or two hundred. I've been very satified with the service I have received there. He's brought a little bit of customer service and retail to an underserved area. I expect 5 years from now he will have a bustling full service shop serving the bustling downtown and VCU market.
