Our wedding was a 5-hour drive from Portland, and Heidi gave us great advice on cake size, ingredients, transport, and presentation. She offered a tasting, and has a diverse and affordable cake menu. (And one of the best deals out there for gluten-free baked-goods.) We requested a personalized design & color scheme & Heidi decorated the cake & cupcakes beautifully. The taste & texture were delicious: fresh, sophisticated, moist, & flavorful. Guests ate the leftover cupcakes for breakfast :) My husband is a celiac, so we wanted a mix of gluten-free and traditional cupcakes. Our guests couldn't tell the difference between gluten-free & traditional! We will definitely use Heidi again, and recommend her to our friends.
