We had dinner for two on a Wednesday night, and you can tell this place is popular as it was totally packed. We shared the Tuna Tartare to start. I had the Mahi Mahi. And my date had the Kobe steak. We shared the cinnamon sweet potato dessert with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Overall, the food was okay. It's certainly lots better than fast food, and about on par with mom's home cooking. But it wasn't anything above and beyond considering the price. The service however was fantastic, from the moment we arrived with a friendly greeting and immediate on-time reserverations seating, to the sommelier coming by prior to ordering to see if we needed help. The waiter checked in regularly, but not too often. Even the ""complimentary drinks"" cart person came by. Decor was nice, though the tables were too close for the date comfort. And the bench chairs were uncomfortable. All in all, a nice night out. The total bill with 3 courses and a few $20 glasses of wine was $180 (with tip).
