They made a mistake on my appointment which caused me to spend 45 minutes in the office just to pick up contact lenses. The contact lens specialist as they call her (although she is probably just the receptionist who has been there the longest) is rude and unprofessional and doesn't know more about contact lenses than I do. I was stuck with the young doctor right out of college who was more concerned that I tried a new lens solution than my eye health. I also paid twice as much as I did at my old doctor. If horrible customer service, catty employees and to be ripped off is your goal, this is the office for you. This is what I get for trying a new doctor, never again. more
