My boyfriend and I were undecided about where to grab a bite last night, it was 10pm on a Wed in Park Slope. We had walked by Palo last week on a neighborhood walkabout, grabbed their card and hung it on the fridge as a reminder. We called to see what time they shut, which was to be 10:30, and both being in the business before decided not to show up at 10:10. Well oddly enough we started walking without a plan and ended up there any way. The staff was so friendly and welcoming we knew we weren't intruding on their after-work plans. The lamb was amazing, the wine selection is excellent and I cant say enough about the cozy, relaxing, welcoming environment. The staff was exceptional and the coconut creme brulee was to die for! We will be back with a group the next time. I loved the communal table.
