Nam ruined my dress by making it so short that he had actually turned it into a shirt. The dress was brand new with tags still on. I brought it back in, tried it on for him and we all agreed that it was not wearable. Nam however insisted that I wanted it that short. Well not only would he not pay for the dress that he ruined but he wouldn't even refund the $28.00 that I paid for him to ruin it. I've been to Nam many times for other alterations and as a once loyal customer I am very dissapointed.
