Don Paxton is an excellent diagnostican and a fine and gentle man. He takes time with his patients and is willing to actualy listen to their concerns and perceptions. My family and I, as well as several of my friends, have seen him for many years. Some years ago my aging mother became ill while visiting us. I put her in the car and drove to Dr. Paxton's office. He saw her within minutes of our arrival and determined she was experiencing heart failure. She was in the hospital within the hour and was well enough to return to her home in several days.
Pros: Good listener/great diagnostician
Cons: Beginning in 2008 he can no longer take my insurance.
