I've been a customer for 24 years. I have never had a problem with point bay until this summer. We had our oil take removed from the ground and unfortunately it leaked. There will be an extensive clean up. until this is done we need a temporary oil tank. The tank is sitting in the yard not hooked up. The day point bay wanted to come was my mother's 85th birthday party. I was told if they couldn't do it that day they'd do it when they could find time. It's now Oct. 23 and they haven't found the time. Phone calls are sent to voice mail and there is never a person to talk to. I thought we had a good customer relationship but I guess I was wrong.
Pros: service for furnace problems is exceptional. they are great
Cons: When you need to deal with one of the people for something other that furance they are really bad
