Sometimes, it's the simple things. I had shrimp scampi stuffed ravioli, and I love shrimp scampi. Of course, part of the delight is the touch of lemon you squeeze on top of your scampi. Well, at Nicola's, those simple things aren't forgotten. My shrimp scampi ravioli were served in a lemon cream sauce. Paired with the tart, crisp Danzante Pinot Grigio I chose, it was absolutely wonderful.
