The espresso used in their drinks is just awful. It tastes like they roasted the beans almost into charcoal, not to mention the fact that the beans themselves were probably not good to begin with. After you get past the acrid, bitter flavors you're left with unpleasant, sour vegetal flavors that have no place in a decent shot of espresso.
