I've been using Blair Graphics for years, and I've finially had enough. We've always been pleased with the quality of their work and the timeliness of the orders - but theri billing department is a disaster. We haven't had a job in over a year that I haven't had to call and harass the billing department because, 1) they still haven't sent a bill 3 months after our job was done or 2) they over billed us by hundreds of dollars. We had one order in which they lost the paperwork, so we never did get billed and other orders where they said they lost the paperwork and then we received the bill. This last order we received a bill for $450 more than we were quoted on what should have been $1000 job. While communication with the ordering department has always been good. Getting a return phone call when you have a billing error is a pain in the butt. When you're trying to manage a budget or close out a fiscal year, these guys are too much of a headache to be worth it. I'm finding a new printer.
