Frank's is a Buffalo classic. The food is always good, the portions huge (which doesn't mean stuff yourself, it means have leftovers all weekend). The atmosphere is great for families or groups, but the place doesn't have a very cozy or romantic feel. Parking isn't a problem, either - to the left of the building (as you face it from Delaware Ave), there's a small lot with a bunch of extra spaces that are almost always empty because no one knows about them. The Sicilian pizza is great. One note: the takeout food can be a little hit-or-miss. They usually have great, saucy, crisp wings, but sometimes they are weak or soggy, and sometimes they skimp on the meat and cheese in subs. Guess it depends who's working that night.
Pros: Taste, price, portions.
Cons: Atmosphere, inconsistent take-out quality.
