I have been to both local Tera Vida coffee locations several times in the past couple of years. I have had very few good experiences. The Edmonds location seems to have very unmotivated employees with very tempermental attitudes. The coffee was gross, they let the shots sit too long and I know that they over steam their milk and scorch it. I have had better coffee at Starbucks, (whom I dispise). The Shoreline location didn't know what a breve was when I went there a few days ago. Apparently the girl was new, but isn't breve common knowledge? Come on now. What happened to the little guys being the good guys? This company seriously needs to re-evaluate their customer service expectations and get some more qualified management in there.
