Dispatcher was very rude. I told him I needed a cab at a location between 12:15 and 12:20...instead of just putting the time he yelled ""WELL WHICH ONE IS IT!!!""...I have never ordered a taxi so I didn't know that a five minute difference would make somebody so mad as to yell at a customer... then just like the other complaints said...HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!
