Terrible customer service!! 10/19/2007

My daughter had her oil changed there on 9/29/07. On 10/18 she was going down the road and the oil light came on. When I went to check it out there was no oil filter on the car. All the oil had leaked out. No damage to underside of car so the oil filter had to fall off on it's own. When I called they immediately went on the defensive and said it could not possibly be their fault. All he offered to do was look at the car if I brought it in. They would not pay for a wrecker to get it there. If I had taken it there, whats to look at? I had to put a new oil filter and oil in it. Bottom line is they claimed no responsibility for what happened. You decide if you would want to take your car here or not. more
