I go in to see the birds from time to time and I see a lot of dirty drinking water. They have no signs on the cages to tell you what kind of birds are in them! The birds look sad. Parrots need a lot of human interaction and stimulation and I don't get the impression that the staff here knows much about birds or cares. Their inventory is inconsistent, too.
Pros: A large variety of small pets
Cons: Birds have dirty water and don't get much attention
