Distracted service. Mailed a pkg over a week ago, not arriving at the destination I called the postal annex, (basically its just too bad). No ins was inclded since it was not sent UPS, which I dd not know, it was like pulling teeth to get the girls attention while she was ""helping"" me, she kept speaking to someone else when I kept trying to ask her questions. I was never told which service was being used since when asked how I wanted the pkg to be mailed I asked which was the least expensive way to mail, she never answered me and kept speaking to someone else that was working there, I paid for the pkg and left thinking it was insured for a base price like the last time I mailed a pkg (elsewhere) and I've never heard of not being able to track a pkg as she told me when I called to tract the missing pkg. When I tried to explain to her what really happened when I was in the store she kept interupting me, talking over the top of me and contracticted me. She implied it was my fault and never listened to what I had to say. I will NEVER used their services again. Since I live close by I will drive farther to mail a package.
