I have had problems with many of my GE appliances. After spending almost an hour on the phone with GE service trying to pinpoint model numbers and part numbers for an oven heating element they quoted me a price. It was going to take several days to ship to me and the shipping fee was almost as much as the part. I called Cashwells and they had one in stock for half the price that GE quoted (and no shipping).
