I rented a unit from Public Storage in West Chester for 6 months in 2007. The unit seemed fine at first, however, as I was removing my belongings I saw a rodent in the unit. I have used at least a bottle of Febreeze to get the mildewly smell out of things that were sealed in containers. Additionally, the manager charged me for additional rent that was not warranted, harrassed me with phone calls and then threatened to send my account to collection for less than $5 of unwarranted fees. They do not understand customer service at all, money is all they care about. AWFUL MANAGEMENT at the West Chester Public Storage.
Pros: Okay location
Cons: Bad management, no customer service, dingy units
