Gian-Tony's is a quaint little restaurant on the Hill. It seemed to be a popular place to eat, so making a reservation is advised. There is outdoor seating, although it was too cold the night we visited. There is smoking in the lounge when you walk in where a bar is located and there are also some tables there. There is no smoking in the remainder of the restaurant and you couldn't smell the smoke if you were in the dining area.
Pros: Great food, great service
Cons: Smoking allowed (but only in lounge)
