I went to the Walgreen's location on Harris and Tryon to develop some digital photos. I uploaded the photos to the kiosk and was given a pick up time that was well over an hour wait. (All stores advertise one hour service) When I returned to pick up my photos, i was handed an order that had my name on it, but was full of someone else's photos. There were two ladies behind the counter and both seemed dumb-founded that as they kept asking each other who's photos those were. One searched for about 2 minutes before getting side tracked and doing something else. the other lady also ignored me as i stood there for over 15 minutes with no pictures. I finally asked how much longer it would be so i wasnt standing there with my thumb up my butt, and they could not give me and answer. In frustration, i told them to just cancel the order. Both quickly said 'okay' and sent me on my way with no explanation, and more disapointing, NO APOLOGY!!! It seemed to be a relief to them that i decided to take my business elsewhere instead of insisting they find out where they had screwed up. If you want half-*** service, by all means go to Walgreens!!
Cons: traffic in the shopping center is terrible
