I purchased flooring for my business at this Rite Rug and the contractors I hired had some complications installing it, it appeared the floor did not fit the specifications we gave Rite Rug. So I went back to the store to ask the sales representative how I could make it work or what I could do to fix it . He huffed and rolled his eyes. When I asked to speak to his manager he had to call his manager and after he got off the phone rudely told me that I could not return the flooring and he didn't know what to tell me. Now this was an expensive floor. Eventually he explained how to fix it after he rolled his eye some more and told me my contractors didn't know what they were doing. I would not recommend going here unless you want to deal with lazy, rude, unknowledgeable people. I will never buy flooring at Rite Rug again!
