Horrible Customer Service. Ann is very rude. Husband bought duplicate piece by accident. Asked to exchange and it suddenly became a "$30 piece", instead of the $75 he paid for it. Told me to ""give it as a gift and get over it". Have spent over $1000 here and will never spend another dime if I can help it. Will never send any business this way either. And since I have in the past sent people here from the team ropings we attend, I will be sure and let them know this is NOT THE PLACE TO SHOP from now on! more
