I bought a mattress from Fingers Furniture on September 4, 2007, and the mattress was delivered the next week. When I layed on it that night it made a terrible squeaking sound everytime I moved!! I called the store to ask that the mattress and box spring be exchanged, and I was told this was not possible because I had not purchased the comfort guarantee from the store for $120! Most stores will offer you a one time exchange guarantee without having to shell out more money!! I called and was refered to the customer service manager who I was told does not return calls, what is he doing in a position of customer service??!! After I called the store more than 20 times, fought tooth and nail with customer service, they finally agreed to exchange the mattress. This exchange took over 5 weeks to complete. When the mattress was brought, no matching boxspring was included! I told them over and over I did not know what the exact problem was, only that there was a loud creaking noise when you moved on the mattress. I again called, and was told that they would not be bringing a box spring,! I would have to have a technician come out and inspect the boxspring for damage! This is another 4 week process. Finger Furniture has the WORST customer service I have ever seen!! I would not recommend buying anything from Finger's, unless you want a big headache on your hands! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! This was a terrible experience! I am still not at a resolution with them, do not put yourself in this position! more
