I have never done this before but for this company I will. My heat quit working and on a the recommendation of a friend I called Metro Heating & Cooling. I was amazed at how friendly and helpful they were. Joe took my call and went over some things I could check prior to spending money for a service call. They did not work so we scheduled the call. Wendy called me when the service man was on his way. He arrived with a clean truck, neat appearance, put covers over his shoes prior to comming into my home. We talked about the system and he gave me what he called an Up Front Price Sheet detailing any and all repair costs. He put floor covering down prior to opening the stairs. Once he diagnosed the problem he explained what needed to be done and the charges. He then asked for my authorization to do the work. Once completed the repair was just as he said. He made certain the system worked on and off. Verified that there was no dirt, and was gone. This little guy was great. I even joined the maintenance club and received 15% off the repair that very day. Great company, great people. Oh yea the service man's name was Ruben. Way to go folks.
