I have stayed in this motel before and was very pleased. However, my most recent (and last) stay was a total nightmare. There were a couple of issues which, if handled properly by the staff and management would have been tolerable if not acceptable. However, the staff lied to me and senior management flat out told me that they were instructed to lie. I understand every hotel has problems sometimes. That is to be expected. However, when problems do arise, the staff and management should at least try to rectify the problem. Customer service here sucks!
