I've dealt with a lot of insurance companies, and this one is the easiest to deal with. I have no problems getting quotes when I need them. Adding and changing my homeowner's and auto insurance has been a breeze thanks to their quick and hassle free customer service. Rates? They're low. I'm always shopping, and haven't found anyone cheaper.
