This hotel is right on 32 in Alpena. It is recently renovated. This hotel is not very large, but it is clean, and quiet, and will meet all your needs for a weekend getaway. There is a pool. There is a lounge across the parking lot. There are the obvious ice machines and pop machines. This hotel is 2 floors and it is lacking an elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with stairs. There are plenty of rooms on the first floor though so do not rule it out. The continental breakfast is very small, but you will not go hungry. I do recommend this hotel.
