Took my Celica for routine service several times. Each time I asked about a problem with the car not shifting into gear quickly on first start. Renson never investigated the problem until the last visit when I was told the guy who serviced my car had a Celica with the same problem. On a test drive with him, he was surly, offered no constructive help and sarcastically said I should sell the car. That was pretty representative of the half-hearted service I had received previously at Renson so I stopped taking my car there. The lady who does the service writing is also pretty snarky.
