I recently used this hospital to have a swollen gland on my dog looked at by the vet there. The test results determined there was no infection and by the time the test results came back the swelling had gone down. The vet however wanted to put my dog on antibiotics and noninflammatory meds for infection and swelling. My reply to him was not to put her on these because there wasn't any infection and the swelling had gone down so I didn't think they were needed. Two weeks later I received an invoice for $70.00 for a restocking fee for meds I did not order. I have made several attempts to resolve this with the hospital to no avail, now they have a credit agency harassing me for this bogus payment. My cost for the testing was $261.35 but I guess that wasn't enough? Unethical or just greedy?
