My Fianc and I purchased a $2000.00 dress from a consultant and had a great time picking out the dress. The problem began when we wanted a picture; we were not able to take a picture until we bought the dress which was after she had tried it on. The consultant said to go to the web site and there wasn't one. We tried to get them to get us a swatch or anything and all we got was sorry. We had to wait 4 months until the dress came in to get a picture. Once the dress was in they said they didn't have anyone to alter the dress and we had to take it elsewhere. They had promised that for $2000.00 everything was included and we even paid extra for the hem and a veil. Once again Sorry was all we got form them. After I was furious regarding the poor service, all Laura (the Owner) wanted to know was, "when we were going to pick up the dress" obviously they wanted their money and did not care about the trouble.
