I have been a customer for years. Nordstrom, compared to all other businesses, still rates the best in my book when it comes to customer satisfaction. That can be a good thing, but a bad thing as well. There are alot of yahoos out there that take advantage of Nordstrom's generosity; but I guess, that's between that person and their conscience. My only caveat when shopping at any Nordstrom, is to know their petite department is actually a misnomer when it comes to their skirts and slacks. Many of these apparel items come in average length and NOT petite. When I cannot find anything suitable for a woman of 5 ft. 3 in. and under, I head directly to Ann Taylor.
