If you are considering attending this school as a student, be very cautious. They have extremely shady business practices and will do every possible to get as much money from you as they can. It is a spa/salon first, and a school second. However, after having attending this school I do feel prepared in the practical aspects, but have no clue what to do regarding the business aspect. There is no job assistance, any help regarding resumes was done by a teacher only when we had spare time. The teachers are wonderful and very helpful, but they have to do what the Federico's want, which is not always in the best interest of the students. Also most of your time is spent sitting in the classroom waiting for clients to come in, so plan to read a lot of magazines, but only school approved magazines, and forget learning about any product other than what is used at the school. Oh and there's camera's and mics in most of the rooms. \r
So basically, attend at your own risk. Great teachers. Great product. But you have to deal with a lot. The skills you learn are great, but as for as what to do for looking for a job, you're entirely on your own. And I have no idea whatsoever about anything regarding the business aspect of the job. And always expect to come last as a student. You aren't just free labor there, you're paying to work for them.
Pros: Learn great skills. Great Teachers. Beautiful Facility.
Cons: Shady Business practices. You come last as a student.
