I brought my television to Robert Paul and it took them three weeks before they even looked at it. The tv was obviously having a problem with it's power supply because it would shut itself off and on. After the television was there for three weeks and I had heard nothing, only then did they bother to look at it. Magically after sitting there for three weeks, they couldn't find anything wrong with it. ""The tv works fine!"" I'm out $50, which is what they charge to simply look at the tv and that is not refundable. I called prior to bringing my set out there and they didn't bother to tell me about the $50 charge, so after hauling the set across town, I wasn't about to haul it back home. To add insult to injury, they were simply rude when I called them to talk about the problems and couldn't they continue to test it. If the tv acts up in the next 30 days, then they claim they wouldn't charge me to bring it back. I doubt I will bring it back even if I do have problems with it again. I would never recommend their service.

Cons: Slow for service, just simply rude.
