I went in on Sunday afternoon, 1/28/07 and paid for the deluxe car wash ($20). After about 30 minutes, I got the car back, but it had not been cleaned nearly to what was advertised. The dashboard had not been dusted *at all*, the front cup holders had not been wiped down *at all*, the insects had not been cleaned from the front of the car, and there was no fragrance applied. I was too rushed to have them work on it for another 30 minutes, so I left. \r \r Later that day it rained and snowed. As per CAS's guarantee, I went back on Monday, 1/29/07 for a rewash. I also complained about the cup holders and the insects (I had wiped the dust off myself with my finger, and I didn't care enough to complain about the fragrance).\r \r There were only three cars at CAS this time, but the ticketing attendent took more than ten minutes to get to me. He had me go through the carwash and at the other end, handed me off to one of the detailers. As he was explaining the situation to the detailer, he actually rolled his eyes and jerked his head at me. No attempt to even hide it, as I was sitting ten feet away and heard everything he said. I was too shocked to even say anything before he ran off and disappeared.\r \r The detailer was done in five minutes. I rolled the car to a parking space and took a look at the job he'd done. The cup holder was cleaner, but still had noticeable dirt around the edges. The insects had been removed from one section, but I could still wipe them off of other sections with just my hand, they were hardly even stuck to the grill. \r \r At that point, I gave up. CAS had taken up enough of my time, and I wasn't about to waste anymore on them. I won't ever be back. Pros: The tires looked clean Cons: Everything else was still dirty more
