I'm new to the area San Jose (North Vallely), and I have tried about 3 or 4 Chinese restaurants since living here. THIS one is the best I have found so far. We really liked the Salt & Pepper Squid, Lemon Chicken, and Egg Rolls. The Shrimp Chow mean was ""ok"". And, the steamed rice was okay... but when we reheated the left-over steamed rice the next day... it was hard and crunchy. We walked-in to order, and they were quite busy... but our order was prepared within 15 min's or so. I would recommend this restaurant.
