We moved into a newer home in Overland Park from out of state. We needed an alarm company to monitor the security system that came with our home. I called MANY different security companys and was really getting frustrated then I called Safelink Security out of Lenexa. They did not waste my time and me the run around on the phone like the other groups, Safelink answered all my questions in great detail and even quoted real prices over the phone. NONE of the companys would do this - they just wanted to schedule an appointment for a ""salesman"" to stop by. Safelink came to our home the same day and were very professional. They looked at our system and offered to add monitored fire protection, remote control and an extra keypad at no cost. The installer that added our equipment was very respectful of our new home and left it cleaner than when he got there. Best of all - Safelink's monitoring rate was much cheaper than our last house.
