They installed our pool in 2003 and while the initial work was good their service is terrible. We have had numerous problems with our heater and despite numerous calls it takes them two - three weeks to get out to fix it and they have consistently failed to fix it on the first trip. They are now admitting they installed a bad heater and our best bet it to replace it for $2500.\r

Update: Our filter literally blew it's top two weeks ago (1 week after they worked on it). They said they would have to order a new one and it would take up to two weeks but they would try to rush it. Two weeks later I called and they had trouble even finding the work order. They said they would make sure someone did it this week. Realize I know have a science experiment instead of a pool in my backyard due to the fact I have not been able to circulate water for 17 days without dumping as much on my lawn as I add in using the hose. Their service was just bad it has gone to horrible. DO NOT USE THEM, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.
