Amro is from Sicily and he makes a genuine 'Sicilian' with ricotta, cinnamon and ginger. You have to ask for it; it isn't on the menu. \r

At Sicilia Pizza the crust is light and crisp on the edges, soft and steamy inside. It tastes a little sweet, perhaps from secret spices in the sauce. This is one of my favorite pizzas in Salt Lake City. The 8"" personal is perfect for a quick lunch. The calzones take longer to make but are truly worth the extra time. Call ahead and they'll have your order ready when you arrive. Tell Amro I said 'hi.'
Pros: quick service, great food, cops eat here all the time
Cons: casual diner atmosphere (not necessarily a con)
