I was receiving two newspapers through Hoover's News Agency in Grover Beach, CA. Shortly after I began the service, I cancelled it and was promised a refund. After repeated phone calls by me and repeated promises by them to refund the remaining amount of my subscriptions, nothing has happened. Now, it is about 4 months after I initially cancelled and was promised the refund.
