Fantastic Prime Rib!!! My husband and I ate there on a Wednesday night, which happens to be all you can eat Prime Rib. If you don't order the Prime Rib you do select your own steak or seafood and cook it yourself. This does not appeal to us, so we chose the prime rib. It included the salad bar. We also ordered a side of asparagus that was wonderful. In the future I would skip the other sides. My only complaint was that if you are not in a hurry, make sure you tell the staff, as our Prime Rib arrived just as we put our forks down from the appetizer. We hadn't even a chance to go to the Salad Bar. We felt quite rushed even though there were only 3 other tables at the time. (We went early 4:30). But the beef was as good if not better than some leading steakhouses in Denver. Would definitely go again and look forward to bringing others. We talked about it for a week straight after returning.
Pros: great beef, cozy fireplace, perfect while in the mountains with the snow
Cons: service is not in line with the top steakhouses
