Fantastic chips and salse to start and as much as you want. Their seafood quesadillas (flour tortillas), meat or cheese chile rellenos, seafood soup, meat guisados & queso fundido (melted cheese & chorizo) with fresh corn tortillas are to die for. Just a small sampling of their many other dishes. And don't leave without eating their fried ice cream for dessert. Oh, and their quaint bar will usually have the owner of the restaurant serving and chit chatting with the customers-if he isn't too busy helping out with the eating customers. An eating must!! Carbondale, just 25-30 miles from Aspen Co.
