I lived here for a year, and it was a nightmare! The first apartment they gave me was a garden level that leaked after a month with a river going through my living room and five inches of mold growing up the wall, I had to call the township building inspector to get a new apartment. Even then all they would do was give me one months free rent, which they had to do by law because the place was uninhabitable. At the end of my lease they took a bunch of illegal charges out of extra rent, and never refunded my security deposit. I won a small claims suit over it three months ago, and have yet to see a dime! Run Away!!!!!
