This facility looks nice and clean, but don't be fooled. In a city that gets very little rain, our storage locker got flooded with water and we lost $2000 worth of mattresses. We paid StorQuest Palm Springs over $1000 in rental costs just to end up with worthless junk. StorQuest has zero liability and only offered us free rent for the last month while we disposed of the junk. \r

Beware: most storage facilities take no liability for what happens to your unit, so be sure there are no signs of water damage or other problems. Even if they are negligent, you will be out of luck.
