I bought a Sirius radio system for my car at Curry. The first time I left the car there they installed a scratched radio, so I had to come back for them to put it in again. The bracket they mounted it with was so whittled away that it vibrated excessively over 65MPH. They also used standard (wireless) FM modulation for the hook-up, failing to inform me that I had the option for a direct FM (wired) modulation hook up. Around MetroWest or Boston you might as well not buy it if you're not going to use the wired version. They wanted to charge me an extra $100 for this and I refused the charge as Curry had told me they put in a better wireless version that should have cost me $100. I told them to take that out and put in the wired version. The salesman agreed, but when I returned to pick up the car again they tried to charge me the $100, and they hadn't replaced the bracket. Now they wanted me to return again to fix the bracket. Fahgetaboutit! I bailed on Curry and went to Best Buy. Best Buy was 10X more professional, did the entire job right in 2 hours (as opposed to having to leave the car for an entire day multiple times at Curry), and were upfront about the options and various costs associated with them.
Pros: They are in Milford, so it's closer than Best Buy for local residents.
Cons: They are clueless.
