If there was one word to describe this ""business"" it would be sketchy. Sketchy people doing a lousy job and stealing from your vehicle. I brought my car in and it was slowly ""washed"" over the course of an entire hour. When I got it back it was barely cleaned and had some gifts I had wrapped from a trip I took STOLEN. There were no managers on duty or anyone who gave a @#*%. STAY AWAY. You've been warned.
