When I heard that Harlow's would be opening again, I had flaskbacks to late night dining after hitting the clubs 15 years go, but the new one is nothing like the original and that is not a bad thing.\r
The food is good , the staff seems to be getting better day by day, just what you would expect from a Fertitta owned business.\r
Parking needs to be improved, but overall, a neat change of pace in the area...
