I was pretty excited to go to this restaurant based on a review I had read over a year before. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre, and the service was lethargic. My party ordered a variety of dishes - smoked salmon pizza, cheebread, soup, and a few sandwhiches. Nothing was sorely disappointing, but nothing stood out, either. It was the type of meal that will be forgotten within the month. In fact, I think I've had more satisfying meals at Pizza Hut. But this was not the most disappointing part - service from our waitress was almost nonexistent. The supporting waitstaff/busboys were fantastic - they refilled our water, cleared plates, etc., but our waitress was just awful. She took about 15 minutes to acknowledge our table when we arrived and then another 20 minutes to take our order - she never even passed by our table in between for us to flag her down. Then, as she took our order she was of no help - my friend asked her about the soup size - whether she thought it could be a full meal or more of an appetizer. Her response? ""It's soup."" She was such a deadbeat - very lethargic. There is nonintrusive service and then there is service where you feel like you are a bother to ask for anything. We received the latter. After we finally received our food (another 25 minutes - and note that there were two other couples in the whole restaurant), she never came back to check on us once. In fact, we never saw her again until she brought us the bill.
Pros: Atmosphere was nice - the music and lighting were very calming
