This company has stopped picking up my trash, but has continued to bill me for it. This company never answers its phone, even during office hours. It even has an incorrect phone number on its invoices. I have left this company around 10 messages trying to get them to call back. The only way that I finally got them to return a call was to give them a different phone number and lie and say that I was a new customer and wanted to establish new service. Even that took four days for them to get back to me. After this phone call, they said that they would resume service, but then again yesterday the failed to show up.
